Website Maintenance

• Email is the preferred method of requesting changes. Changes are limited to text and image changes from a single submitted WORD document that includes all needed information. Images or PDF’s should be attached to the email separately and their titles should be clearly labeled in the WORD document with directions for page location.

• Changes to buttons and categories should be provided in bullet points showing new order and titles. Some buttons that use FLASH or rollover graphics may incur additional charges.

• Image changing does not include any custom modification to images. Image customization is billable.

• Changes to web structure, design, navigation or functionality need to be contracted for separately unless previously approved.

• No rebates for unused changes, as the plan is a discounted package based on average use amongst all participants, thus allowing me to offer a lower price.
